Public Opinion Strategies today announced the launch of
a division dedicated solely to trial consulting. The new
trial consulting division will serve legal professionals
and their clients. For over a decade Public Opinion Strategies
has built a successful research business focused on serving
political, corporate, and public affairs clients.
“Trial consulting is a natural fit for our company
given our background and expertise,” said Glen Bolger,
managing partner of Public Opinion Strategies. “It’s
a service we have been providing for years, but are now dedicating
significant resources and personnel to building this practice.”
Public Opinion Strategies offers an array of trial consulting
research services to attorneys and their clients, including
focus groups, mock trials, dial testing, community attitude
surveys, change of venue surveys, and post-trial interviewing.
Heading the trial consulting division of Public Opinion
Strategies is Nicole Fink McCleskey, Vice President. “Trial
consulting is a rapidly growing industry. Public Opinion
Strategies is excited about the opportunities that exist
for our company to use our skills to assist the legal community
in a full-time capacity.”
Public Opinion Strategies was founded in 1991. POS currently
polls for twelve U. S. Senators, ten Governors, and over
fifty Members of Congress. The corporate and public affairs
practice at POS represents a number of Fortune 500 companies
and some of the countries largest associations and organizations.
In 2002, Public Opinion Strategies was named “Pollster
of the Year” by the American Association of Political
Consultants.
